I'm Celine - a digital designer and Performance Capture Tracker at Wētā FX - coming up to 4 years now.
I have a passion for film - especially behind the scenes where all the movie magic happens.
My art style that leans toward surrealism and abstraction as both have a large boundary for exploration and expression - limiting the pieces to mostly monotone colours for a sense of seamlessness and dreamlike environment.
I paint traditionally with gouache or digitally in Photoshop as well photography as inspiration or texture with concepts that involve people, emotions and nature. I draw inspiration from James Jean, Yoshitaka Amano and Maxim Zhestkov with their use of colour, fluidity and unique weirdness.
I work with Maya, Photoshop, Adobe After Effects and Gouache.
